For Buyers & Sellers

How does the agent matching service work?

Enter your zip code in our form and tell us a bit about your home buying or selling goals. We instantly match you with a licensed real estate agent who covers your area and is currently available. That agent contacts you directly within 4 hours.

Is this service free for buyers and sellers?

Yes, completely free. There is no cost, no obligation, and no referral fee charged to you. Our platform is funded by the agents who subscribe to receive leads in their territory.

How fast will an agent contact me?

Our agents commit to a 4-hour response window. In most cases you will hear back much sooner — often within the hour. If you do not hear back within 4 hours, contact us and we will follow up on your behalf.

What if I am not happy with the agent I am matched with?

You are under no obligation to work with the matched agent. If the fit is not right, let us know and we will do our best to connect you with another agent in your area. We want you to have a great experience.

What if no agent is available in my area?

If we do not currently have a licensed agent covering your zip code, we will add you to our waitlist. We will notify you as soon as an agent becomes active in your area. We are expanding our network regularly.

Do I have to buy or sell with the matched agent?

No. Using our service does not commit you to any transaction. You are simply requesting an introduction to a local licensed agent. Any agreement you enter with that agent is entirely separate from our platform.

For Real Estate Agents

How does USA Realtor generate leads?

We run targeted digital marketing campaigns — including search ads, content marketing, and social media — to attract active buyers and sellers in specific zip codes and counties. Every inquiry is collected through our verified lead forms before being routed to you.

What does an agent subscription cost?

Subscription pricing varies by market and territory. All new agents receive a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. Pricing is shown during the territory selection and checkout process. There are no per-lead fees — your subscription covers all leads from your territory.

How does territory exclusivity work?

Each territory (county or zip code cluster) is assigned to one active agent at a time. When you purchase a territory, all qualified leads from that area are routed exclusively to you using a fair rotation system. No other agent competes with you in your territory.

What states and markets are currently covered?

We are currently generating leads in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with additional states launching soon. Active markets include Boston, Worcester, Providence, Cambridge, Lowell, Quincy, Warwick, Newport, and many more. Check availability for your specific county during signup.

What happens if I do not respond to a lead within 4 hours?

We ask all agents to commit to a 4-hour response window as part of our quality standards. Consistently slow response times may affect your standing in the network. Buyers and sellers expect prompt follow-up — fast response is one of the biggest factors in converting a lead.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. You can cancel through your agent dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged. Note that canceling releases your territory, which may then be made available to another agent.

Do I need to verify my real estate license?

Yes. All agents must hold an active real estate license in good standing in the state(s) where they receive leads. We verify licenses before territory activation. If your license lapses, your account will be suspended until it is reinstated.
